Electrostatic Dust Collection Transformer
1) Application and standard
Frequency power is switched to high-voltage direct current powder. It is applied in industrial operation of dust collection, fog erasing, dehydration, impurity removal and recovery of rare metals. We adopt of standard of Ħ°JB/T 9688-1999 electrostatic dust collection High Voltage Recitification EquipmentĦħ.
2) Characteristics
It is high impedance transformer.
3) Structure and work principle
We have two structures of indoors(N) and outdoors(W). Work principle: Through phase adjustment by anti-parallel thyristor-based control system, 380V low voltage of A.C. can be increased and distributed to dust eraser after silicon rectifier.
4) Note:
Before use, a whole test shall be done according to test report. Electricity shall be connected after transformer oil standing still for 24 hours. Open-circuit operation can not be done. Transformer operation limited can not be exceeded. Make maintenance every year. Requirement of JB/T 9688-1999 shall be met, otherwise transformer oil shall be filtered.
